We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To qualify, items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, email Porthavencases@gmail.com. Approved returns will receive a shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.

Please check your order upon arrival and contact us right away if it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges
To get a different item, return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds
We’ll notify you after inspecting your return. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing may take longer).

Care Instructions
To keep your case in good condition, gently clean it using a damp cotton or microfiber cloth. For tougher spots, you may add a small drop of mild dish soap to the cloth.

For a more thorough clean, carefully separate the two parts of the case to remove any buildup that may collect between the case and the cover. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.
